Cancelling reservation
Reservation canceling is free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. In the event of cancellation at short notice, one night is charged if we are unable to fill the room with another booking. Applicable in the event of early departure.
Arrival & departure
Suite is available for from 12 PM on the day you arrive. If you arrive earlier, you can use the thermal baths right away. Please vacate your room by 9:30 AM on the day you leave – you still have use of the thermal baths on this day.
